RETURNS POLICY

Please contact us via our website or email support@hiphopjuice.co.uk to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking reference.

1.1/ Our returns policy covers 30 days. Items can be returned within this period for refunds or replacement.
If a customer should change their mind, items returned within 14 days must be in an unused state to be refunded with the original delivery charge. If the goods are faulty or have any defects due to manufacturing or assembly errors they can be returned within 14 days for a refund. The item/s should be returned in its original packaging so it can be inspected and returned to the manufacturer or distributor.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and the item has a manufacturing defect, it can still be returned providing you contact us explaining the issues. We will either refund or replace items once we have confirmed it is a manufacturing issue. If inspection concludes this is not a manufacturing defect but an error in misuse, the item will be returned to the customer.

1.2.1/ To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a suitable or original state providing it does not have a manufacturing or factory defect. It must also have the original packaging as this will contain serial numbers and authentification codes which will be needed by us and the manufacturer of the items being returned. This is to ensure the item we provided is the items that are being returned.

1.2.2/ We can not refund the original shipping and handling fee paid for by the customer, unless the item is returned within 14 days or has a manufacturing defect and not damaged by user error. Once the customer contacts us with this request it will be dealt with depending on the type of issue. A replacement will be sent after serial /authentification numbers have been confirmed and the date of purchase. We may ask for the item to be returned to us for inspection. Returns postage will be covered by ourselves and refunded to the customer upon proof of postage being sent to us via electronic means i.e email, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger etc.
We can not refund returns postage if the item is deemed to be defective by human or general use and shows no sign of manufacturing defects. If the item is not defective and after testing declared fit for use, it will be shipped back to the customer with advice on operations.

1.3/ Several types of goods, ‘once opened’ are exempt from being returned.
Disposable or non-reusable goods such as coils, liquids, tanks, once opened are exempt from being returned due to the nature of the products. These can only be returned only if unopened should a customer change their mind or if there is a fault with the item. We will require packaging to be returned with the items. The packaging contains serial numbers and authentification codes which will be needed by us and the manufacturer of the items. Due to the outbreak of Corona Virus, returns will be authorised in stages. We will require a picture or video showing the issue, which will be forwarded to the manufacturer of the item. All items can be traced back to the supply chain and to keep transparency and authenticity of the products, we will need images of the serial numbers and batch numbers where needed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If you chose to do so or have done before contacting us, this will be down to the customer and the returns party involved. Depending on the status of the return, we may be able to take over or liaise with the manufacturer in resolving the issue.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (deductions may be made if the product is not in its suitable condition), and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 2-4 days.

Items returned should have the correct RMA reference number provided by a support email and returned complying with Returns Policy 1.1 / 1.2.1 / 1.2.2 / 1.3 / 1.6

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your account.
There is often 1-2 days in processing time before a refund is posted. This does not include non-working days or any public holidays. Additional time will be needed if refunds fall in this period.

Sale items comply with our returns policy 1.1, 1.2.1, 1.2.2, 1.3.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged beyond repair. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via our website or email support@hiphopjuice.co.uk.

SHIPPING
1.4/ To return your product, you should package your product appropriately and mail to the address provided in the returns email from ourselves including any RMA reference numbers associated with it, complying with Returns Policy 1.1, 1.2.1, 1.2.2, 1.3.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item is deemed to be defective at a manufacturing level.

1.5/ Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We will take into account minus any non-working days such as Sunday and any public holidays where transportation is at a halt.

1.6/ If you are shipping an item over £20, we recommend using a recorded/trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We can only refund the amount up to the value of 2ND class recorded via Royal Mail at the amount of £3.99. It is advised to use this service, non-recorded 1ST class will be refunded when the item is delivered. It will be the responsibility of the customer to track the item for safe delivery on a non-recorded delivery service.
